Yes, it’s the promised big news from the world of Tom the Dancing Bug:
The Kickstarter for TWO new Tom the Dancing Bug books has launched MERE MOMENTS AGO!
The Inner Hive is the first to be alerted!

A Kickstarter is basically a way to offer your run of books through pre-orders. When the Kickstarter closes on November 20, 9pm PT, Clover Press the publisher will know how many books to print, and will fulfill those pre-orders.
The monetary “goal” of the Kickstarter is low because Clover Press doesn’t need the Kickstarter to finance a certain run of the books -- they will be printed and distributed basically no matter what.
But I’m told THIS is your chance to order the books.
These comics in these books are very special to me -- they are the first nine years of Tom the Dancing Bug, from 1990-1998, when the comic strip really coalesced, many of the characters were introduced, and I built the comic’s readership for which I’m so grateful.
I took many big swings, and I don’t think the strip was ever more audacious.
I’m also delighted that Clover is including in the Kickstarter a brand new comic book, Trump You!, a selection of Trump-related comics from 2024-2025.

Upcoming Classic Tom the Dancing Bug
And here’s a comic!
In celebration of the announcement of the new books compiling the first nine years of Tom the Dancing Bug, this week’s upcoming Classic Tom the Dancing Bug, to be published on the Tom the Dancing Bug gocomics.com page on Thursday, will be THE CONTINUING ADVENTURES OF BAD FETUS.
This is the very first Tom the Dancing Bug, originally published only in the June 8, 1990 issue of the alternative newspaper New York Perspectives. It will grace the first page of comics in the upcoming Volume 1 of the Complete Tom the Dancing Bug Library, Tom the Dancing Bug: Secret Origins.
