This week’s Classic Tom the Dancing Bug (published on GoComics yesterday) is “Donald Trump On Protesting for Freedom,” from May, 2020.
—
And the GoComics Super-Fun-Pak Comix page has recently featured comics from this installment (from 2012).
One of the great moments in the history of writing Tom the Dancing Bug was when I realized that Lucky Ducky translated into Spanish, still rhymes!
(That comic is about the now mostly-forgotten-in-the-US economic crisis in the EU when more economically stable countries like Germany made capital investments for economic expansion in less stable countries like Greece and Spain, and then had to bail them out when the global economy turned.)

I’m now occasionally writing posts for Boing Boing. Here are a couple of the items I wrote recently:

That’s it. I’m just so happy about the 16 people that the Biden administration got out of Russian prison, including American journalist Evan Gershkovich. And talk about weird: it still boggles my mind that Trump has gotten his MAGAvirus-infected Republican Party and Republican voters to side with and praise the obviouisly evil Vladimir Putin.
Anyway, here’s hoping things get less weird in November.
