Note that in the comic’s last panel, Elon Musk uses a transparently nonsensical definition of “spam” to justify suspending Twitter accounts he doesn’t like, saying “spam” tweets violate Twitter’s terms of service.

Yesterday, Elon suspended the account of a college student who tweets out the activities of Elon’s private plane, and justified it because it was… “spam.”

(Elon later made up a brand new rule to justify the suspension. And then had a massive temper tantrum.)
